By making a donation to the Stevenson Memorial Hospital Foundation in honour of one of our staff, participants can express their gratitude while contributing to the continuous enhancement of healthcare services in our community.
Join our Grateful Patient Program
Our Grateful Patient Program offers a heartfelt opportunity for patients and their families to give back and honour the dedicated staff, team or unit, who made a difference during their hospital experience.
Recipients will receive a custom made certificate to recognize the tribute gift made in their honour. Donors will have the option to include a personal message of thanks, which will be shared with the staff member(s).
Offset Fees
When you make a donation, the Stevenson Memorial Hospital Foundation is charged a small portion of the gift as a bank fee. To maximize the generosity of your gift, please click the box above the DONATE button to add the bank fee to your donation and ensure that your entire gift goes to the Foundation.
All donations will receive an official charitable tax receipt.
