The Stevenson Memorial Hospital Foundation (SMHF) Board of Directors is inviting applications for available positions.

Our Foundation is dedicated to raising funds in support of Stevenson Memorial Hospital, consistent with donor interests and enabling the Hospital to deliver excellent health care to our community. Are you a strong leader, with a passion for ensuring we continue to enjoy excellent health care at our community hospital?

SMHF is seeking individuals who are prepared to offer their time, energy and expertise to serve as volunteer Board members. We are looking for individuals with a background in finance, marketing, law, community development, or business management.

Time Commitment: The Board of Directors currently meets regularly four times a year on the last Thursday in April, June, October, and January. Meetings are at 5:30pm and are currently being held via virtual means. Additional meetings are scheduled, as needed. Board Members are asked to sit on at least one Board Committee, with each having their own frequency of meetings.

Are you an out-of-the box thinker?

The SMHF Innovation Committee is inviting interested members of the community to submit an application to join our team. Our committee will develop and assess non-traditional sources of revenue for the SMHF in order to ensure long-term sustainability and achieve our current campaign objectives.

Time Commitment: The Innovation Committee meets on a monthly basis, or more frequently, if necessary. Currently, all meetings are taking place via virtual means.

The SMHF Campaign Cabinet is seeking individuals who are interested in joining our fundraising efforts. The $43 million capital campaign will support the community share of the funds required to be raised for the $167 million redevelopment project ($30 million), as well as critical equipment and technology upgrades.
